As of 9:10 this morning, I’ve been alive for 25 years. I can’t even believe it. Today is also my 7-year veganniversary- I went vegan on my 18th birthday. So there’s lots to celebrate, and celebrate I will.
I talked to my brother on the phone today, and he asked how old I was (he’s 5). I told him to guess. First guess: 40 billion. Second guess: 50. Much closer. He also told me I was a zebra tail.
Someone else guessed I was 21, so in honor of that comment, here is a picture from my 21st birthday, when I was in Australia. The people at our hostel were awesome and even made me a vegan cake.

Belated birthday wishes to you, Dynah!
My eldest will also be 25 soon (08.06.08) so that gives me a very good idea of where you’re at in your life. My fella is on a flight to Chicago as I write this so we’ll not be with him to celebrate his birthday.
My birthday is May 17th which was FA Awareness Day this year so in honour of this and our birthdays, I think it’s high time we popped a cork.
